One problem remains for the HTML output. The 'img' tag only knows about
'hspace="pixel"' which inserts a gap on both sides of the picture, and I
don't know how to convert troff metric into pixels. Using a fixed value of
lets say 20 pixel if option -G is given, looks anyway better than no gap.
