I have finally reached the limit of 4 pages:-)

Please have a look at it to iron out the last wrinkles.
After that I would like to put it into the groff-wiki.

I can provide a rough english translation as well, but that will need 
the review of a native speaker. Maybe we should change the name to 
something like
gshort-de for german and
gshort-en for english?
