Me too, and that's the latest. It doesn't have tmac/pdfpic.tmac that's
visible at
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/groff.git/tree/tmac/pdfpic.tmac
The next release, 1.22.4, will have it. They've been working towards
that for a while, and http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/groff.git/refs/
shows release-candidate 2 is available if you want to get it before
then and are happy to build from source. Or perhaps that one file works
stand-alone and can just be copied.
