Google suggests that's from PDF.js which Firefox uses to render PDFs.
Accessing the `Older browsers' demo at
https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js#online-demo and then opening your file
doesn't give a problem.  My browser isn't new enough to try the `Modern'
option presented there.
