I may persist in URL shortening with Savannah ticket query URLs, though,
since they are so obnoxious (and when rendered on the Web, because they
don't break, cause layout headaches, forcing a tiny font or match the
overall line length to the URL size, so you have to tediously
horizontally scroll just to read a message).

I'm not too thrilled with URLs that demand multiple page table entries
to store.  :-/
