I had the same question (coming from LaTeX’ scrlttr2 document class) a
few months ago. Both mm[1] and mom[2] provide options for setting
business letters, but not according to DIN 5008.
Fortunately, Matthias Schmidt and Christian Schaller provided starting
points for DIN-compliant letters, and I used these to create my own
macro file[3].
