I don't remember if I have already posted this script to this list. I'm
using this script to make a floppy image on PC:
#! /bin/sh
file=$HOME/work/grub2/objs/floppy.img
./grub-mkimage -d . -v -o core.img chain fat
mkdosfs $file
sudo mount -o loop -t vfat $file /mnt/loop
sudo mkdir -p /mnt/loop/boot/grub
sudo cp boot.img core.img *.mod /mnt/loop/boot/grub
test -f grub.cfg && sudo cp -f grub.cfg /mnt/loop/boot/grub
sudo ./grub-setup -d /mnt/loop/boot/grub -v -r '(fd0)' -m device.map
'(fd0)'
sudo umount /mnt/loop
After running this script, I simply do "qemu -fda floppy.img".
I guess you have your own script, but I hope this helps some people.
