zero byte grub.efi

GRUB2 current BZR does not compile important files like kernel.img and
linux.mod for EFI properly. Attached files include the x86-efi.mk
file, terminal output, the kernel.img and linux.mod files.

Terminal gives the following warnings for "make" command :-

conf/x86-efi.mk:258: warning: overriding commands for target `kernel.img'
conf/x86-efi.mk:78: warning: ignoring old commands for target `kernel.img'
conf/x86-efi.mk:980: warning: overriding commands for target `linux.mod'
conf/x86-efi.mk:878: warning: ignoring old commands for target `linux.mod'

Configured with EFI_ARCH=x86_64
