Hi, here’s what you have to do.
Firstly,
does your BIOS support USB 2.0 or 1.0 support?
Secondly,
is your USB port a USB2.0/3.0 port? If so, than there’s a problem with your
motherboard. If its not a USB 2.0/3.0 port, then that’s your problem. If it’s a
USB3.0 port, go in your BIOS and look for virtual USB Support or something like
that in advanced or boot. If that’s disabled press the key to change values up,
either f5or f6, f7, or f8, or whatever it is, then go to exit or just press f10.
At the prompt, arrow down to yes and press enter. If f10 doesn’t work, in exit
chose exit and save changes and select yes then press
enter.
