* gnu/packages/mes.scm (binutils-boot): Update to 2.10.1.
* gnu/packages/patches/binutils-boot.patch: Remove.
* gnu/packages/patches/binutils-boot-2.10.1.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Rename it.
