gnu: Remove leftover patch.
This is a follow-up to commit d680a8afd1190aac46742d3abf2a0de1a45ea10f.
* gnu/packages/patches/inkscape-poppler-compat3.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
