    gnu: rust-gcc-0.3: Don't hide package.
    
    * gnu/packages/crates-io.scm (rust-gcc-0.3): Don't inherit from
    rust-cc-1.
    [arguments]: Skip tests. Add rust-rayon-0.8 to cargo-inputs,
    rust-tempdir-0.3 to cargo-development-inputs.
    [properties]: Remove field.
