    gnu: glib: Disable failing test.
    
    * gnu/packages/glib.scm (glib)[source]: Add patch.
    [arguments]: Remove custom 'increase-test-timeout phase.
    * gnu/packages/patches/glib-skip-failing-test.patch: New file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
