    gnu: bash-minimal: Fix build for x86-linux with gcc-14.
    
    * gnu/packages/bash-minimal.scm (bash)[arguments]: When building
    for x86-linux, also use CFLAGS in #:configure-flags to relax gcc-14's 
strictness.
