Yes. The ‘configure’ procedure in gnu-build-system.scm runs:
./configure CONFIG_SHELL=... SHELL=...
That works well with current Autoconf-generated configure scripts, but
fails with others.
The workaround is to replace the ‘configure’ phase so that it invokes
./configure without the offending arguments (see time.scm for an
example.)
