Here glibc is configured with --build=i686-pc-gnu --target=i686-pc-gnu;
thus ./configure thinks it’s a native build on GNU/Hurd.
Instead glibc should be configure with just --host=i686-pc-gnu (and no
need for -m32 either.) This is what ‘cross-libc’ does.
