* guix/scripts/lint.scm: New file. Defines a 'lint' tool for Guix packages.
* tests/lint.scm: New file.
* Makefile.am (MODULES, SCM_TESTS): Add them.
* po/guix/Makevars: Update appropriately.
* po/guix/POTFILES.in: Update appropriately.
* doc/guix.texi: Document "guix lint".
