Subject: [PATCH] gnu: openssl: Use /etc/ssl as the base directory for
 certificates.

* gnu/packages/openssl.scm (openssl)[source]: Add a snippet to use
    /etc/ssl/certs/ as the directory and /etc/ssl/cert.pem as the
    file where certificates are searched.
