Adopt a patch!

Hello Guix!

There are lots of cute little patches in need for love at
<https://bugs.gnu.org/guix-patches>.  We can’t let them alone, they need
our help.

Sometimes the submitter went away, sometimes the reviewer did, sometimes
both.  Sometimes the discussion entered bikeshedding territory, the
parties eventually agreed to paint the shed like a rainbow but that
never materialized.

Submitters, reviewers, and bikeshedders alike, let’s join forces, pick
the pieces, and apply all the good bits that are lingering there!  Let
this be the week that’ll put an end to patch loneliness!
