Thanks! I had to revert changes in "lout.scm" because "make" did not
succeed. Also pushed updates for 'curl' and 'libuv' since they were
subsets of the ~2600 total rebuilds.
Hydra is currently down, but will start it later or tomorrow in lieu of
any objections.
