And a third point: In any case we need to change the official address of the
association, since currently it is still the place from which I moved out
a year ago... It could be my new address, or Simon's address; which one
does not matter too much, but the French administration requires a means
of reaching us. I just noticed this when I declared the new Presidency to
the administration (online, with a scanned and signed copy of the minutes
of our last general assembly). While I do not know if this *requires* a
vote, this looks like the easiest solution to me, so that the result
appears in the (scanned and signed) minutes.
