I should have said "I feel like I’m not"! But what is a treasurer without
a bank account?! It’s a bit like a blacksmith without a hammer!

Actually, according to Article 5 (pardon my French):

So, as long as the paperwork hasn’t been properly done… I’m not the treasurer
for the rest of the world. This is part of the reason why we still don’t have
a bank account.
