Looking at my Hetzner account the following payment options are
available:

Sepa, Bank transfer, credit card, paypal

sepa:

* We will collect the amount due via the SEPA direct debit scheme by using the 
creditor ID and mandate reference number below. We shall inform you that we 
will make the direct debit transaction at least two days in advance by stating 
this in your invoice.
Hetzner Online GmbH Creditor ID xxxx
Account holder ________
IBAN ______
[] I authorize Hetzner Online GmbH to collect the amount due from the account 
specified. The direct debit authorization may be revoked in writing at any time.

bank transfer looks like it offers the option to pay after the invoice
is generated, which is also what I use for paypal.  They give out the
bank name, and the IBAN and BIC numbers.
