* gnu/packages/patches/binutils-revert-xtensa-shift.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/cross-base.scm (package-with-patch): Rename to ...
(package-with-patches): ... this.  Allow multiple patches.
(cross-binutils): When building for xtensa, apply above patch.
