[bug#77927] [PATCH 0/4] Support for PlutoSDR in SDR++ and SDRangel

This patch series adds dependencies for supporting PlutoSDR (libiio and 
libad9361),
and enables compilation of PlutoSDR in sdrangel and sdr++.
