It looks like pytz just changed the naming of the package, removing the letter
and making it compatible with PyPI.
Instead of pytz2013d they are using now a pytz 2013.7 , so if they keep this
naming convention, there should be no need for an extra call to install the
library.
If confirmed, we should just revert to the original installation, including
pytz with the list of the other libraries. No need for --pre .
