                  Status:             In Progress => Ready For Test         
        Percent Complete:                     10% => 100%

Follow-up Comment #2:

The main basic functionality is now in place.

   Usage : gh_queue_manager <action> [args]
    Actions:
        * check: View messages in queue
        * push: Send messages to the federation
 

The program accepts check and push as the two actions. In the future we can
specify the message ID as an optional argument to check the status and / or
push that specific message to the federation.

You can run the queue manager from a cron job.
