[Health-i18n] Translate to Greek

Hello,

I created my account. Verified my username. My questions are:

1. I tried to translate a module but I cannot click on the empty box
and write down the translated text.

2. I downloaded the po file but I don't see an upload button, so I can
upload my tranlations.

Can you help me please?
