Dear Luis,

please do not forget to update the dieseases.xml with the new one that I 
sent you today afternoon (I attach it again, just rename it please). Not 
only it includes the 81 new codes (so 14.416 codes all together), but 
has also updated apprx 1000 codes with new names and activation True.
