No, you need to install it additionally: tryton-sao for the Tryton 4.6 series
It does not support all functions of GNU Health, but works for the most part.

Depends a bit on what you want to use. Take a look at trytond.conf for the 
explanations. Web-front-end needs to be enabled additionally
