The drug tapering depends on the context.
* For outpatient, the best way would be to create two lines on the
prescription document. The first line is the "standard" regime, and
you specify the "treatment duration". The consecutive lines would be
the tapering modes. Depending on the treatment, you might have to use
more than one line. You can reinforce the directions both at the drug
and prescription notes.
* For inpatient / hospitalized patients, you do it on the "Medication
Plan" tab, which allows you to adjust the treatment dynamically (time
of the day, dose, route...
