I just answered you in Matrix
The nodes and users at nodes (eg, the Hospital Management System) have
their federation account at the GH Federation HIS.
DId you install and setup the GNUHealth federation packate in the
Hospital Management?
We have Thalamus installed in the community server, with the default
passwords, so you can play, test connectivity / credentials and sync
from GNUHealth HMIS and MyGNUHealth.
