FYI: small problem building version 2.0.a14

FYI: I had to modify the following 2 lines to get version 2.0.a14 to build
with Sun's  WorkShop Compilers 4.2 30 Oct 1996 C 4.2. (yes I know they
are old compilers)

popen.c line 115
cfexecd.c line 465

The changes both were to replace the c++ // comment start with a c
equivalent /* and adding a */ to the end of line.

P.S.  Even after I did this it didn't compile clean, but the other
problems were just compiler warnings about mismatched parameter types.
FYI: uname -a shows
 SunOS gladsheim.rutgers.edu 5.7 Generic_106541-17 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-60
