problems with cfexecd

Hi

I'm a bit puzzled by cfexecd.
When i install cfengine all the binaries are installed in
/var/cfengine/sbin but cfexecd insist of looking for cfagent in
/var/cfengine/bin.

I give a look on the source and i see that the bin directory is hardcoded 
for the path of cfagent.
Shouldn't it use the value of the sbindir directory?
