Strange cfengine errors?

Hi I am recieving this error approx 4 times during a large file copy..
approx 20000 files/directories/links... Any idea what would be causing
this?? Also the copy seems to take about 20minutes is that a normal
opeational speed even after the initial copy when it is only checking
the files??
