DB_NOTFOUND: No matching key/data pair found

Greetings.


  I am running a simple script (which does not import any other script), and it 
crashed once.  Still I have rerun it and here is the output when it ran to the 
end (version 2.1.0b2).  My question.  Is the message ¨DB_NOTFOUND: No matching 
key/data pair found¨ normal?

  I am trying to reproduce my problems with the simpliest of the scripts to try 
to isolate them.
