New bug in cfengine 2.18.: trusted keys aren't created as "<user>-<ip>.pub" but as ".pub"

Subject says it all.

Since we installed cfengine 2.1.8 on our installation machines, Our 
automated installation doesn't work anymore because trusted keys are 
written to the disk in a file named ".pub" instead of the 
"<user>-<ip>.up" naming expected when cfagent/cfservd are looking for files.

Any idea why this might be?
