Beta of cfengine-masterconf

	Hi all.  I've finally gotten around to releasing this.  I probably 
normally wouldn't bother the mailing list except that it's gotten a few 
mentions over the last few days.

	The basic idea is that it's a package (RPM or tgz) of a starting 
point for a cfengine configuration on a master server.  It also contains 
some perl scripts for editing them that allow various things, including 
embedding Perl in cfengine, and also allow automatic rollout of files with 
no configuration required :).

	It also comes with a completely untested version of the deploy 
cfengine module.  Usually I wouldn't have included it in this version, 
except that it's been requested by some.

	Try not to have too much fun with it.  It will also, when it gets 
to release quality, make it much easier to write a Quick Reference guide.
