how to tidy files created in the future?

Is there a way with tidy to remove files created in the future
or an option to "just remove the damn file" no matter what?
We can't seem to find one. We can touch the file and then tidy
it with age=0 or use shellcommand to rm it but were wondering
if there was a better way.
