Might I suggest that whoever maintains the reference put a link in to this
when "time classes" is mentioned? You'd kind of expect that the "reference"
would be more verbose than a "tutorial".
I think the thought is that a reference is for looking things up
when you already know what you're doing and just want some specifics. But
I'm sure no-one would complain if there were a link in the Time Classes
section of the doco; feel free to submit a doco patch; the Reference is in
the source (I believe it's in info format; someone will correct me if I'm
wrong).
