I deployed a copy of Mumi at mumi.juix.org in order to track down some
mojibake. Unfortunately, the web app complains with:

  2024-02-02 05:55:38 1. &xapian-error: "DatabaseOpeningError: Couldn't
  stat '/var/mumi/db/mumi.xapian' (No such file or directory)"

Touching that file is not enough:

  2024-02-02 06:02:26 1. &xapian-error: "InvalidArgumentError: Can't
  make an Enquire object from an uninitialised Database object."

How may I "rebuild the Xapian index from scratch" please? [1] Thanks!
