First off, apologies for the time its taken to get the precomiled Emacs
21.1 distribution up on ftp.gnu.org - the system for administering the
ftp server had changed since the last release, and I didn't have the
access I needed to make the release.
But a quick reminder: please note, if you wish to distribute binaries of
Emacs (or any GPL'd program) you must also make the source available at
the same time (eg. on the same web/ftp server), or provide a written
offer valid for three years to supply source at cost.
See the reminder section near the top of
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/windows/emacs/README
Thanks,
AndrewI
