This will produce nowadays a cygwin emacs. I tried it, really
funny. You can it now install from the cygwin install program. The
patches are submitted to the developers.
Anyway as far as I can see the problems are primarily only related to
the file name problem:
c:/tmp versus /cygdrive/c/tmp
