It is a FileSystem type from www.rational.com how the dynamic clercase view are
mapped to WinNT.

Source Control system (from www.rational.com) like CVS, RCS.
P.S: In a mean time I have found that if I do subst x: v:\src
and than set GTAGSROOT=x:\ global works
But anyway I like to know what's wrong with stat() on MVFS file system
