Glibc-2.3.2

I am trying to upgrade Glibc from Glibc-2.2.5, to Glibc-2.3.2 i have a
fresh install of redhat 7.3., kernel-2.4.18,gcc version:

Reading specs from /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pv-linuc-gnu/3.2.2/specs
Configured with: ../gcc-3.2.2/configure
Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.2.2

I downloaded glibc-2.3.2 and linuxtreades-2.3.2. uncompressed them and
ran:

$> ../configure --enable-add-ons=linuxthreads --prefix=/usr

witch ran fine, i then ran:

$> make

witch failed...
i've attached the last few lines and the error message. Any help i would
be great full, or if you could tell me where i could go
get it i would be most thankful                 thank-you
