This patch implements the basis recovery procedure to avoid the:

"sorry, basis recovery procedure not implemented yet" messages.

 

Remarks:

*this patch has been created with the aid Mr. Andrew Makhorin’s instructions written in glpluf.h

*Mr. Makhorin, please disregard my former patch about basis recovery
