You should specify the correct path to MSVC directory (see the HOME
variable in the batch file); if it is on a network drive, the drive
letter should be changed.
Another way is to install a free version of MSVC and use it to build
glpk; see http://msdn.microsoft.com/visualc/vctoolkit2003/
