It is difficult to determine if it is reasonable to continue the search
or not, because in many cases numerical instability does not prevent the
solver to complete the search. This, of course, should be considered as
a defect of the glpk solver.
It seems that you are using some old version of glpk. Try using the most
recent version, which is 4.33.
