With some more looking around in the documentation, I realized I was
missing a peer configuration. Configured one, and everything seems to be
working as expected.
But, I still have a question (maybe I'll clear it up with more reading),
what exactly are those peer configurations for in
`$PREFIX/share/gnunet/config.d/*`, are they 'templates' for what to add
in your own configuration of the peer? Like, adding functionality for
messaging or filesharing and so on?

I have been recently trying to use the gnunet to see what the network
looks like, but following the User Manual and the steps on the website,
I am unable to proceed further.
Firstly, I start with `gnunet-arm -s` and then check peers using
`gnunet-peerinfo` and `gnunet-core`, both respond with nothing.
How can I proceed further in using the gnunet?
