excuse me, Mark, i'll address it in this e-mail.
my browser enables the following add-ons:
disable-polymer-youtube
GNOME Shell integration
HTTPS Everywhere
LibreJS Google Drive
uBlock Origin
under these, i run YouTube (https://www.youtube.com) and the search
textbox makes the texts i write seem blank, however, when i select them
i can see them.
